Christmas Wreath

Wreath

Round 1: Using your 4.5mm crochet hook, attach your yarn to the 40mm wooden ring and place 32 single crochets around the 40mm wooden ring. At the end of the round, slip stitch into the top of the stitch from the beginning of the round.

Note: If you find that 32 single crochets is not enough, or too many, you may add or remove some as you see fit, just ensure that you end up with a multiple of 4 as your final stitch count.

Round 2: *3dc into first st, skip next 1 st, 1sc, skip next 1 st* repeat from * to * until end of round. Ss into top of sc from first round (same place you placed a ss at the end of the first round).

Top loop: Ch 8, ss into same st. Cut yarn and tie off. You have now finished the wreath and we will move on to the bow.

Bow

ch 10, ss into 4th ch from the start of your chain, ch 6, ss into 4th ch from the start of your chain (same one as before), ch 3.

Attach (sew) your bow to the mid bottom of your wreath using a spare piece of red yarn and a darning needle.

Weave in/cut all your ends.

Snowflake

Round 1: Same as for Christmas Wreath.

Round 2: *ch 3, ss into same stitch, ch 5, ss into same stitch, ch 3, ss into same stitch, skip next 3 stitches* repeat from * to * until end of round. Ss into top of sc from first round.

Top Loop: Same as for Christmas Wreath

Weave in/cut all your ends.
