What is Bundle and Save?
Bundle & Save will be paused during March Madness.
Bundle and Save is a savings program we offer on bulk orders of yarn. If you buy 5-9 skeins of the same yarn, you receive 10% off; 10-14 skeins gets you 15% off; and 15 skeins or more gets you 20% off. The yarn must be the same in order to receive the discount, however, you can mix and match colours.
I'm allergic to wool? Can I still knit?
Yes! We have a variety of wool-free yarns for you to choose from. At the top of the website, under "Yarn", then under "By Fibre," you will find cotton, silk, linen, and acrylic yarns!
What vegan yarns do you carry?
Great question! Our vegan yarns are as follows: NBK Cotton Fingering, Lana Gatto Milo (Cotton DK), King Cole Chunky (acrylic), and King Cole Super Chunky (acrylic).
When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order as soon as you receive a pickup notification, during business hours. We are open 12-6 during the week (closed Mondays), and 11-5 on the weekends.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including knitting needles and crochet hooks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This applies to online orders.
In person, we can process an exchange quickly.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is your shipping policy?
Please note, once a package is shipped from our store, we have no jurisdiction over the status of the parcel. If the package is lost by the shipping company, it falls on their hands to assist you with a compensation.
