The Initiative:
The YFS Wellness Centre is looking for donations to start a fibre arts workshop to help teach students new de-stressing and coping techniques, encourage students to build new friendships and help foster a sense of community across York University campuses!
They’re looking for:
- Yarn Thread
- Knitting needles
- Crochet hooks
- Sewing needles
- Looms
- Hoops
- Etc.
How to Participate:
There is a donation bin at our physical location at 829 Dundas St W. You are more than welcome to come in-person to add items to the donation bin. If you would like to participate, but do not live in the area, please feel free to ship items for donation to the following address:
